Belek. What to see.
Belek is the most expensive resort on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. That is why, in addition to five-star hotels, there are many golf courses and places for horseback riding. There is also a zoo near the Asteria Bellis Resort. And next to the Rixos Premium Hotel is the large Troy Water Park.
There are no antique attractions. But the hotels offer many bus excursions to the most beautiful places in Mediterranean Turkey. In addition, the provincial capital Antalya is located just 40 minutes from Belek, in a westerly direction.
And in Antalya there are many not only architectural sights. In this big city there are good museums with very interesting exhibits. On the outskirts of the city, Duden waterfalls are very popular.
In Belek, such a form of outdoor activities as hiking is very developed. Around the resort there are wonderful coniferous forests that are part of a natural park. Belek itself covers an area of 170 km2 between the sea and the Taurus Mountains and consists of several villages. Between the latter there are walking paths for walking. How to get there.
Buses often run to Belek from Antalya. But if you take the road from the airport, then the best transport will be a rented car or a transfer to the hotel.
