Kusadasi is one of the main destinations for relaxation on the Turkish coast of the Aegean Sea. This port city stood at the origins of the Turkish tourism industry and today is an exemplary beach resort.

Kusadasi is translated from Turkish as "Bird Island". This island with this name really is in the gulf of the city and is connected to the last dam. The fact is that in ancient times this island was chosen by numerous birds and received such a name in honor of birds.
